about us

Rhythm & Soul Dance Studio has it's roots intertwined with former Studio 1 Dance Studio in Woodinville. Beth Ith began dancing at the age of 2 year old because of her mom, Sue Warter's (Miss Sue) passion for dance. In 1987 Sue opened up Studio 1 Dance Studio and successfully directed it for 26 years. Beth became a crutial part of the faculty and business of Studio 1 during it's last 10 years and when it came time for Sue to "pass the torch" on to Beth as a dance studio owner, she was ready for the challenge. With a new facility and fresh new start, In 2013 Beth built RSDS and started her journey as dance studio owner. She looks forward to many years of Performing Company and Recital Shows and will keep sharing her love of Dance with all her students for many more years to come!

Our Mission

to provide dance education and technique to all dancers with our passion and dedication for the art of dance.

There are no limits to the art of dance. As each generation becomes better than the last, we see the love of dance grow more and more. Rhythm & Soul Dance Studio is a great place to dance because we offer all spectrums of ability levels and dance styles which allow for the most growth as individual dancers. Our faculty makes lifelong bonds with their students, which makes their dance education a more personal journey. We are proud to see dancers start in our preschool classes and graduate high school with us. It doesn't matter if you want to be recreational or competitive, Rhythm & Soul Dance Studio doesn't limit a dancer. You can reach any advanced level with us, whether you are on our Performing Company or not. The greatest gift we at Rhythm & Soul Dance Studio can offer is passionate and enthusiastic dance education.
